Types of information collection

When the user vitits the Edwin's Home site, the main piece op information that will be gathered is thru the email function. When the user gets redirected to their corresponding email-service and sends a mail to me. Their email is a piece of information that will be saved to contact the recipient.

Further information that could be gathered is the payment service of the recipient, whether that be PayPal or iDeal for example. This information will not be saved and will only be seen during transactions/bank statements.

Reason for gathering

The recipient's email is saved/gathered to respond, further contact and interchange information about collaboration/working together on requested projects.

The recipient's payment service information will only be visible during transactions for completed jobs and NOT be saved for further use.

Use of information

Besides transactions and interchanging information. The information that is gained will never be shown outside of the client and me. Emails will stay gained for a period of time based on what the recipient wants, post-project completion. E.G. A client's projected has been finished,transactions are complete and statements are given. The only thing left to do is for the recipient to choose, whether they want me to keep their contact information or have it be terminated within a certain period of time. This could be a single week, a month or whatever the recipient wants it to be.
